Mental Health First Aid Level 2 Training in Liverpool – This course builds on the content covered in Level 1 and provides a deeper understanding of the effects of drugs and alcohol.
Additionally, it includes the First Aid for Mental Health Action Plan, which outlines ways to promote a positive mental health culture within a workplace.

Mental Health First Aid is exactly what it suggests, a first aid approach to mental health. It follows a training programme that teaches participants how to notice and support an individual who may be experiencing a mental health concern and provide help – often through connecting them with a route to help and support.
A minimum of 6 hours.
First Aid for Mental Health related subjects covered including:
A maximum of 12 students allowed on the course and must be a minimum of 14 years of age.
practical and questioning (open and multiple-choice).
A Mental Health First Aid Level 2 certification will be issued, subject to successfully completing the assessment.
