Supervising Mental Health First Aid Level 3 training in the Workplace – Each year approximately 1 in 4 people in the UK will experience a mental health condition. And at least 1 in 6 employees experience common mental health problems in the workplace. Research has shown that work is the biggest cause of stress which can stop people performing at their best. Mental health conditions can be hidden due to stigma and fear of discrimination.

We can deliver this Supervising Mental Health First Aid Level 3 Training course on-site directly in your workplace. This is a 2 day course and we can deliver this course for up to 6-12 delegates for a group cost of only £1020.00 +Vat. Delivered directly in your workplace anywhere in Liverpool, Manchester and across the North West.

This 12-hour qualification provides learners with the knowledge to recognise a wide range of mental health conditions and learn about the support/therapy provided by professional healthcare providers. Also how to start a supportive conversation and how to signpost a person to seek appropriate professional help. Learners will recognise and manage stress and understand the impact of substance abuse.
Duration: 12 hours spread over two days.

Delegates: A maximum of 10 students are allowed on the course and must be a minimum of 14 years of age.
Assessment: A range of methods are used, including practical and questioning (open and multiple-choice).
Certification: A ‘Supervising Mental Health First Aid’ Level 3 qualification will be issued to the learner, subject to successful completion of the assessment.
Cost: We can deliver this course directly in the workplace for 6-12 delegates for a group cost of £990.00 +Vat. Delivered in Liverpool and across the North West including Manchester and North Wales.
